Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je konstruirati sjedeću radnu stanicu te proračunati određene dijelove. U okviru rada izrađen je 3D model sa svim potrebnim dijelovima te je sklopljen u jednu funkcionalnu cjelinu koja čini ovaj proizvod. Model je izrađen u software-u SOLIDWORKS 2017. Proračunski dio je rađen analitički i numerički. Analitički proračun pokriva dijelove koji čine funkcijski dio proizvoda. Numeričkim putem dobivena su stanja naprezanja i pomaka koja su temelj za daljnja poboljšanje rješenja dobivena optimiranjem u software-u ANSYS WORKBENCH 19.0. Model je pretežno izrađen od cijevne konstrukcije. Glavni okvir je sastavljen od pravokutnih cijevi dimenzija 50x30x2,5 mm. Glavni okvir je prošao kroz numeričku analizu te je prošao kroz proces optimizacije kako bi se dobilo optimalno rješenje. Gibanje okvira i monitora se postiglo linearnim aktuatorima, dok za ostala gibanja je korišten koračni motor u kombinaciji sa pužnim prijenosnikom i navojnim vretenom.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this master's thesis is to design and engineer the following workbench and its components. Part of this thesis is a 3D model of the workbench with all its components assembled into a functional product. The model is designed in SOLIDWORKS 2017 software. Calculations are done with analytical and numerical method. Analytical calculations cover functional components of the product. Conditions of stress and deformation are calculated by means of numerical method, and serve as a basis for further product improvements using optimization techniques in ANSYS WORKBENCH 19.0. software. The model is primarily a tubular construction. Main frame is made of rectangular tubes dimensions 50x30x2,5 mm. Main frame was subjected to numerical analysis and optimization process to achieve optimal solution. Frame and display motion was achieved using linear actuators, while for the rest of the motion a stepping motor was used in combination with a spur gear and a spindle.
