Abstract
U radu su opisane sve prednosti i nedostaci aluminotermijskog postupka zavarivanja tračnica. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisane su tračnice kakve su bile nekada i danas, od čega se sastoje i koja im je građa, postupak izrade i kako se proizvode. Opisano je kojim se sve postupcima mogu zavarivati tračnice s naglaskom na najjednostavniji i najbrži aluminotermijski postupak koji je i glavna tema ovoga diplomskog rada. Prikazan je i opis kako dolazi do puknuća tračnice i zbog kojih grešaka se ono događa. U trećem poglavlju prikazano je kako se sanira puknuće tračnice AT zavarivanjem po načinu rada tvrtke HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o., od privremene i trajne sanacije te poslova koji se obavljaju prije i poslije samog zavarivanja, kao i greške koje se pojavljuju kod AT zavarivanja te na kraju kontrole i ispitivanja zavara.
Abstract (english)
All the advantages and disadvantages of aluminothermic welding of the rails are described in the paper. In the introductory part of the work there are described the rails as they used to be today, which consists of their material, process of making and how they are produced. It is described how all the processes can weld the rails, as well as the simplest and fastest aluminothermic process, which is also the main topic of this graduate thesis. There is also a description of how the railing of the rails occurred and the mistakes that led to this breakdown occurred. In the third chapter, it is shown that the AT rail railing is sanctioned by the HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o mode of operation, from temporary and permanent repairs, and the tasks performed before and after welding, as well as the errors that occur at AT welding and at the end of control and interference tests.
