Abstract
Vatrogasni aparat je uređaj za gašenje početnih požara. Izrađuju se kao prijenosni ili prijevozni ovisno o masi punjenja. Prema konstrukciji razlikujemo aparate pod stalnim tlakom, aparate sa bočicom CO2, aparate na bazi vode te aparate punjenje sa CO2. Ovisno o tipu požara prema EN 2 koriste se vatrogasni aparati punjeni prahom, pjenom te ugljičnim dioksidom kao sredstvom za gašenje. Pri izradi aparata trebaju se poštivati određene europske norme donesene od strane europskog tehničkog odbora i europske komisije. EN 3-7 propisuje karakteristike, zahtjeve izvedbi i ispitne metode prijenosnih vatrogasnih aparata dok EN 3-8 opisuje konstrukciju prijenosnih aparata, otpornost na tlak i mehanička ispitivanja za vatrogasne aparate s maksimalnim dopuštenim tlakom jednakim ili nižim od 30 bar-a. Aparati su uređaji pod tlakom pa se na njih primjenjuju odredbe direktive za opremu pod tlakom. Kontrola kvalitete se provodi pri ulazu robe na skladište, u proizvodnom procesu te završna kontrola gotovog aparata. Svi proizvedeni aparati se prvo ispituju u akreditiranim laboratorijama a onda stavljaju na tržište.
Abstract (english)
Fire extinguishing are device for extinguishing initial fires. They are made as portable or mobile, depending on the weight of charge. According to the construction distinguish fire extinguishing under constant pressure, with a bottle of CO2, water-based appliances and charging with CO2. Depending on the type of fire to EN 2 standard we used fire extinguishers filled with powder, foam and carbon dioxide as the extinguishing agent. In designing the Fire extinguishing should be respected certain European standards adopted by the European Technical Committee and the European Commission. EN 3-7 provides characteristics, performance requirements and test methods for portable fire extinguishers while EN 3-8 shows the construction of portable appliances, resistance to pressure and mechanical tests for extinguishers with a maximum allowable pressure equal to or lower than 30 bar. Fire extinguishings are devices under pressure and they are subject to the regulations of the directive for pressure equipment. Quality control is carried out at the entrance of goods in the warehouse, in the production process and final inspection of the finished product. All manufactured equipment was first tested in accredited laboratories and then placed on the market.
