Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu su analizirani tehnologija i proizvodne aktivnosti kod izrade rotora paljenja za agregat snowmobila. Tehnologija izrade bazirana je na obradi odvajanjem čestica. U početnom dijelu opisan je sam proizvod, te je obuhvaćen polazni materijal kao i njegova svojstva. Kroz proces proizvodnje obuhvaćeni su svi bitni detalji poput parametara obrade obradom odvajanja čestica, strojeva na kojima se proizvod izrađuje, toplinska obrada te potreban alat. Opisom su obuhvaćene i tehnologije kojima se izrađuje proizvod koji je tema ovog rada. U završnom dijelu izrađena je tehnoekonomska analiza, koja nam daje uvid u ekonomičnost izrade proizvoda. Na temelju iste, doneseni su određeni rezultati i zaključci.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, technology and production activities were analyzed in the design of the snowmobile engine ignition rotor. Production technology is based on machining. In the initial part, the product itself is described and includes the starting material as well as its properties. Throughout the production process, all the essential details such as processing parameters, machines on which the product is manufactured, heat treatment and the necessary tools are covered. The description also covers the technologies that produce the rotor that is the subject of this paper. In the final part, a technological-economic analysis was made, which gives us an insight into the profitability of the product. Based on the analysis, certain results and conclusions were made.
