Abstract
U završnom radu ukratko je opisana tvrtka Harburg-Freudenberger Belišće d.o.o. u Belišću. Opisano je mjesto i uloga CAD/CAM sustava u današnjim poduzećima. Prikazani su radionički i sklopni crteži za izradu vodeće ruke desne. Prvo se izrađuju sve pozicije predmeta u zavarenim konstrukcijama na svoje gabaritne dimenzije. Nakon što su izrađene sve pozicije, kontroliraju se obrađivani dijelovi i pozicije se zavaruju prema sklopnom crtežu. Poslije zavarivanja predmet se šalje u strojnu obradu gdje se predmet dodatno dorađuje prema radioničkim crtežima. Opisane su aktivnosti tehnološkog procesa za zavarene i strojne konstrukcije prilikom izrade vodeće ruke desne. Prikazano je stezanje predmeta prilikom obrade i što se u kojem stezanju obrađuje. Opisana je horizontalna glodalica – bušilica TOS WHN 110 MC na kojoj se obrađuje predmet sa svojim djelovima, osima i specifikacijama stroja. Prikazani su standardi alati koji su na horizontalnoj glodalici – bušilici TOS WHN 110 MC i alati koji se koriste na stroju prilikom izrade vodeće ruke desne. U prilogu se nalazi NC kod koji je generiran u CAD/CAM sustavu za izradu vodeće ruke desne.
Abstract (english)
In the final thesis the company Harburg-Freudenberger Belišće d.o.o. from Belišće is briefly described. The place and role of the CAD/CAM system in today's companies are described. Manufacturing drawings and conceptual design for the manufacture of the leading right hand are shown. First, all the positions of objects in welded constructions are made to their overall dimensions. After all the positions are made, the processed parts are checked and the positions are welded according to the conceptual design. After welding the object is sent to the machine processing, where it is further processed according to the manufacturing drawings. The activities of the technological process for welded constructions and machine constructions in producing the leading right hand are described. Shrinkage of the object during processing, as well as what is processed during each shrinkage, is shown. A horizontal milling machine is described – boring machine TOS WHN 110 MC which processes an object together with its parts, axes and machine specifications. The standard horizontal milling machine tools – the boring machine TOS WHN 110 MC tools, as well as the machine tools for processing the leading right hand, are shown. NC code generated in the CAD/CAM system for making the leading right hand is enclosed.
