Abstract
U završnom radu opisana je proizvodnja čeličnih opruga, od izbora zahtijevanog odnosno izabranog čelika za opruge, savijanje, priprema za toplinsku obradu, zaštita materijala bojanjem i lakiranjem od korozije te završno ispitivanje i kontrola. U dijelu rada definirani su opći konstrukcijski čelici za samu izradu opruga, tlačne opruge, strojevi za savijanje opruga, karakteristike opruga te širok spektar primjene u automobilskoj industriji. Za izradu čeličnih opruga izuzetno je potrebno znanje i dobro iskustvo kako u odjelu za konstruiranje, pa tako i u tehnologiji izrade. Svaka opruga u proizvodnji zahtjeva pažnju tokom izrade te mora zahtijevati propisane norme i standarde prilikom testiranja radi sigurnosti same primjene te krajnjih korisnika.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the production of steel springs has been described, from selection of steel that meets the requirements for spring, bending process, preparation for heat treatment, coating with anti-corrosive paint to a final testing and control. In the part of the paper, structural steels used in the manufacture of springs, compression springs, spring bending machines, spring characteristics and a wide range of applications in the automotive industry have been described. For the steel spring production, both knowledge and experience are extremely important, in the design department and also in manufacturing process. Each spring in production requires attention during manufacturing process and must require needed standards during testing for safe application and user safty.
