Abstract
U ovom završnom radu cilj je objasniti temperaturna polja kod elektrolučnog zavarivanja taljenjem. U prvom dijelu, kako bismo se uveli u samu bit rada, objašnjava se pojam zavarivanja, elektrolučno zavarivanje, temperaturna polja te utjecaj distribucije temperaturnih polja kod elektrolučnog zavarivanja. U nastavku se opisuje toplinski ciklus, njegova maksimalna temperatura, trajanje i brzina hlađenja, unešena energija te prikaz formula za proračun istog. Prikazan je i utjecaj na mehanička svojstva. Na kraju rada je napravljeno termocikliranje uzoraka materijala P91 na simluatoru toplinskog ciklusa Smitweld 1405.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this dissertation is to discuss temperature fields in electrolytic welding by melting. Firstly, in order to understand the core of this dissertation, one needs to define welding, electrolytic welding, temperature fields, adn finally the influence of temperature fields distribution in electrolytic welding. Moreover, thermal cycle and it's maximal temperature is described, as well as the duration and swiftness of it's cooling, and inputted energy together with formula used for calculation of the same. Furthermore, influence on the mechanical properties is presented. Finally, thermocycling of material P91 samples is demonstrated using simulator of thermal cycle Smitweld 1405.
