Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazano je konstruiranje utovarne rampe na kamionu čija je maksimalna nosivost do 750 kg. Konstruiranje se s obzirom na uvjete i opterećenja, izvršilo uz pomoć računalnog programa SOLIDWORKS. Također je urađen i analitički proračun dijelova utovarne rampe kao što su osovine, rampa, zavari, hidrauličkki cilindri, itd. Uz pomoć računalnog programa ANSYS 18.1 izvršen je numerički proračun utovarne rampe kako bi se mogla izvršiti optimizacija dijelova konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the construction of a loading ramp on a truck with maximal load of up to 750 kg. The design was based on conditions and loads, with the help of the SOLIDWORKS computer program. An analytical calculation of loading ramps, such as shafts, ramp, bumpers, hydraulic cylinders etc., was also made. With the help of the ANSYS 18.1 computer program, a numerical calculation of the loading ramps was performed in order to optimize the construction parts.
