Abstract
Kroz diplomski rad izvršeno je planiranje i praćenje rekonstrukcije stambeno-gospodarske građevine u poslovnu građevinu „Centar za posjetitelje“. Pored tehničkog opisa stambeno-gospodarske građevine odnosno poslovne građevine opisano je cijeli proces rekonstrukcije s naglaskom na strojarske instalacije te objašnjeni pojmovi vezani uz problematiku upravljanja projektima poglavito procesom planiranja. U nastavku rada predočen je plan rekonstrukcije stambeno-gospodarske građevine u poslovnu građevinu koji obuhvaća popise svih aktivnosti/podaktivnosti te pridruženi resursi i troškovi istim uz njihove prethodne aktivnosti. Za izradu ovog složenog projekta korišten je program MSProject čime je olakšano planiranje i praćenje projekta uz jednostavnije i kvalitetnije balansiranje resursima, troškovima i aktivnostima.
Abstract (english)
Through the this master thesis, planning and monitorg of the reconstruction of residental and commercial buildings was carried out in the business center „Visitor Center“. In addition to the technical description of the residental – commercial building or business building, the whole process of reconstruction is described with an emphasis on mechanical installations and the concepts related to project managment issues, especially the planning proces. In the continuation of the work, a plan of reconstruction of residental – commercial building in the business center was presented, which includes the list of all activities, sub-activities, associated resources and cost as well as their previous activites. The MSProject program was used to create this complex project, which facilitated project planning and monitoring with a simpler and more balanced balancing of resources, costs and activities. From the simulation results, respectively, the temperature field it can be concluded that the performance of such heat exchanger is practicable and that it would fully perform the function for which it is intended.
