Abstract
U radu su prikazane tehnologije oblikovanja metalnih predmeta lijevanjem rastaljenog metala u kalup kako bi se dobio konačan proizvod, odljevak. Prvi dio završnog rada opisuje olovo, njegova fizikalna i kemijska svojstva. Objašnjeni su postupci dobivanja i proizvodnje olova iz ruda tj. kroz koje sve obrade prolazi ruda olova da se na posljetku dobije čisti metal. Osim toga nabrojane su postojane legure olova i njhov utjecaj na promjenu svojstava olova poput tvrdoće i temperature tališta. U drugom dijelu završnog rada nabrojane su i opisane tehnologije lijevanja olova. Niska temperatura tališta i visoka gustoća olova omogućuju primjenu više vrsta lijevanja. Primjena više vrsti lijevanja moguća je za jednostavne poput točnog lijeva, lijevanje direktnim, indirektnim ili lokalnim tiskanjem. Moguće je i lijevanje složenih oblika uz pomoć centrifugalne sile u horizontalnom i vertikalnom položaju te lijevanje centrifugiranjem gdje se rotiraju svi dijelovi sustava. Osim lijevanja u kalupe olovna talina se koristi kao i zaštitni sloj nanesen uz pomoć više tehnologija koje su nabrojane i prikazane u radu. U trećem dijelu završnog rada prikazan je postupak lijevanja legure olova točnim lijevom u kalup. Svaki korak od pripreme radnog mjesta do dobivanja konačnog proizvoda je obrazložen i popraćen opisom i slikom postupka. U zaključku ovog završnog rada navedene su prednosti i nedostaci primjene olova i lijevanja općenito te kako se izbjegavaju i popravljaju prisutni nedostaci.
Abstract (english)
In this bachelor the technologies of forming metal objects by pouring molten metal into a mold to form the final product are shown. The first chapter of the thesis describes the lead, its physical and chemical properties. It explains the procedures for obtaining and production of lead from ore, through which processes does it pass to eventually obtain pure metal. Beside that, different types of lead alloys are counted as well as their influence on the change of properties such as the hardness and melting temperature. In the second chapter the casting technologies of lead are listed. Low temperature melting point and a high density of lead allow the apply of multiple casting types. The use of multiple types of casting is possible for simple castings like gravity casting, direct preassure, indirect preassure or local preassure casting. It is possible to cast complex shapes with the help of centrifugal force in horizontal or vertical position and with usage of centrifugation where all parts of system are rotating. In adition to the casting lead can be used as coating material that applies with the help of several technologies. Third part of the dissertation presents the process of gravity casting lead alloy to mold. Each step from preparation to forming the final product is explained and described, also followed up with a picture. In conclusion of this paper are listed the advatages and disadvantages of lead and casting in general and how to avoid and fix those disadvanteges.
