Abstract
Generatori pare su energetski uređaji za pretvorbu kapljevine u parnu fazu pri određenom tlaku i temperaturi te kao takav radni medij služi za pogon parnih strojeva ili za prijenos toplinske energije. Opisana je podjela generatora pare te su opisani dijelovi generatora pare. Prijenos topline na ogrjevnim površinama generatora pare vrši se konvekcijom i zračenjem. Za gorivo su navedene osnovne karakteristike pomoću kojih se pristupa proračunu dimnih plinova. Poslije toga je konstruiran Ostwaldov dijagram pomoću kojeg se vrši analiza sastava dimnih plinova. U toplinskom proračunu izračunate su vrijednosti topline predane generatoru pare te vrijednosti topline izmijenjene na ogrjevnim površinama. Gubici utječu na stupanj iskoristivosti generatora pare te u konačnici na potrošnju goriva. Na osnovi poznatih koeficijenata prijelaza topline i toplinske provodnosti izračunate su površine pojedinih dijelova generatora pare. Zaprljanje ogrjevnih površina smanjuje stupanj iskoristivosti generatora pare. Pri projektiranju generatora pare osnovni ulazni podaci su temperatura pregrijavanja i tlak isparivanja. Izrađen je ekološki osvrt. Ugljen kao gorivo predstavlja najopasniju vrstu goriva zbog emisija štetnih plinova koje ispušta prilikom izgaranja. Danas, države i nadležne institucije donose različite mjere s ciljem smanjenja emisija štetnih plinova.
Abstract (english)
Steam generators are power devices for converting the liquid to vapor phase at a certain pressure and temperature, and as such a heating medium is used to drive steam engines, or for transfer of thermal energy. Classification of the steam generators and description of their parts are given. Heat transfer on the steam generator surfaces done by radiation and convection. The basic characteristics of the fuel used to calculate the composition of flue gas are given. An Ostwald diagram was then constructed to analyze the composition of the flue gases. In the calculation of thermal parameters, the values of heat flux delivered to the steam generator and the values of the heat exchanged on the heating surfaces of the generator are calculated. The losses affect the efficiency of the steam generator and ultimately the fuel consumption. Based on the known heat transfer coefficients and thermal conductivity are calculated surfaces of certain parts of the steam generator. Contamination of the heating surfaces reduces the efficiency of the steam generator. The basic inputs are overheating temperature and evaporation pressure when designing a steam generator .Environmental reviewed is made. Coal as a fuel represents the most dangerous type of fuel due to emissions of damaging gases emitted during combustion. Today, various measures are being taken by states and competent institutions to reduce their emissions.
