Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je primjena ERP sustava u kontekstu Industrije 4.0. Opisane su glavne karakteristike ERP sustava, njihove prednosti i nedostaci te poboljšanje poslovanja poduzeća uvođenjem ERP sustava. Prikazana je primjena ERP sustava u procesu proizvodnje na primjeru poduzeća „Experio d.o.o“. S ciljem postizanja veće konkurentnosti i u svrhu lakšeg praćenja poslovanja poduzeće „Experio d.o.o“ implementiralo je web*ERPINS ERP sustav. Opisom problema s kojima se poduzeće susretalo prije implementacije ERP sustava možemo zaključiti kako ERP sustavi utječu na poboljšanje izvršavanja poslovnih procesa, koje su njegove prednosti te kako implementacija ERP sustava utječe na uspješnost poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis describes the application of ERP systems in the context of Industry 4.0. The main characteristics of the ERP system are described, their advantages and disadvantages, and the improvement of enterprise operations by introducing ERP systems. The ERP system application in the production process is presented in the example of the company “Experio Ltd.”. In order to achieve greater competition and to facilitate business monitoring, “Experio Ltd.” uses the Web * ERPINS ERP system. Describing the issues that a company faced before implementing ERP systems, we can conclude that ERP systems have an impact on improving business process performance, its benefits, and how ERP implementation impacts on business performance.
