Abstract
Inkrementalno oblikovanje lima u jednoj točki prilično je novi proces oblikovanja tankostjenih proizvoda koji se stvaraju lokalnim istezanjem lima pomoću alata za utiskivanje a koji je upravljan CNC strojem. Postupak omogućuje formiranje složenih dijelova s mnogo većim stupnjem deformacije od tradicionalnog formiranja lima dubokim vučenjem i razvlačenjem. U radu je opisan postupak inkrementalnog preoblikovanja lima u jednoj točki (eng. SPIF - single point incremental forming). Kroz nekoliko poglavlja obuhvaćenih zadatkom opisuje se dijelove procesa, bez eksperimentalnih ispitivanja. Izložena je tehnologija kao jedan suvremeni način oblikovanja lima deformiranjem, navedeni su alati i strojevi koji su osnova samog procesa kao i tehničke karakteristike istih. Nadalje, definirana je geometrija tako dobivenih dijelova kao i hrapavost površina, uz ostale utjecajne faktore. Teorijska je analiza pokazala da je ova tehnologija još u povojima i tek treba naći širu primjenu u industriji.
Abstract (english)
Single point incremental forming is a relatively new sheet metal forming process producing parts by local stretching of the sheet with a pin tool following a tool path controlled by a CNC machine. The process allows the formation of complex parts with much higher degree of deformation than traditional sheet forming by deep drawing and stretch forming. This paper describes the SPIF process principle. Through several chapters covered by the task, parts of the process are described without experimental testing. Technology has been presented in way of a one contemporary metal forming process, while have been listed the tools and machines which are the basics of the process itself as well as the technical characteristics of the same. Further, geometry of obtained parts have has been defined like surface roughness, with other influential factors. Theoretical analysis has shown that this technology is still in the wake of the need to find wider application in the industry.
