Abstract
U ovome radu je prikazan postupak izrade virtualnoga stroja te njegova primjena kod izrade tokarske pozicije. U uvodnom dijelu rečeno je o samoj povijesti i razvoju CNC strojeva te programima za izradu modela i računalno podržanoj proizvodnji. U nastavku smo pobliže opisali izradu virtualnoga tokarskoga stroja. Za izradu virtualne simulacije odabran je model tokarilice OKUMA LR 15.Za njenu upotrebu potrebno je poznavati specifikacije stroja, parametre rada, dostupne alate za obradu te koja upravljačka jedinica se korist. Ponajprije je potrebno izraditi tehnologiju obrade u cilju dobivanja virtualne putanje alata unutar SolidCama. Virtualna simulacija omogućuje smanjenja troškova zbog lakših uvid u greške prilikom izrade tehnologije obrade. Upravo iz razloga jer prilikom obrade ukoliko program nije točan može rezultirati oštećenjem stroja, alata, naprave i obradka. U daljnjem radu samo smo malo se dodirnuli kreiranja ili izmjene ostprocesora za pojedini stroj. U samome završetku ovoga rada prikazali smo eksperimentalni dio izrade obratka koristeći SolidCam 2017.
Abstract (english)
In this work is present the process of making a virtual machine and its application when making a lathe part.In introductory part, it was said about the history and the development of CNC machine,program for modeling and computer-aided productions . In the following is a description of the creating of a virtual machine. For the creation of a virtual simulation, a model of the OKUMA LR 15 lathes is selected. For its use, it is necessary to know the machine specifications, working parameters, available processing tools and the control unit. First of all it is necesery processing in order to get the virtual path of tool in the SolidCam. Virtual simulation allows cost savings to be made easier for error processing when processing technology. Precisely because when processing is incorrect, it can result in damage to the machine, tool, and part. In the following, we have only a little touched on the creation or modification of the postprocessor for a particular machine. At the very end of this work, we presented an experimental part of making a part using the SolidCam 2017.
