Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je ispitivanje proizvoda radiografijom. Tematski rad je podijeljen na tri cjeline. Prvi dio se bavi temeljnim fizikalnim zakonima radiografske metode, osnovama elektromagnetskog i ionizirajućeg zračenja, razlici između x i gama zračenja te daje pregled bioloških učinaka zračenja. Drugi dio navodi opremu potrebnu za provođenje radiografskog ispitivanja te osnovne karakteristike i područja primjene. Treći dio rada je posvećen praktičnom provođenju radiografskog ispitivanja počevši od pregleda normi i standarda koje je potrebno poznavati. Unutar treće cjeline navedene su osnove utjecaja geometrije ispitivanog elementa na izgled projekcije greške na filmu te utjecaj udaljenosti izvor-film. Navedene su obaveze operatera i ocjenitelja radiograma koje je potrebno poštivati kako bi se povećala vjerojatnost otkrivanja nepravilnosti. Praktična primjena metode prikazana je na tipu zavara 1 izlaznog pregrijača SH 1.1 projekta Istanbul. Ispitani zavar pripada u skupinu sučeljenih zavara (sa V pripremom) izložen djelovanju visokog tlaka i temperature. Završno, u radu su prikazani odabrani radiogrami ispitanih zavara sa opisom pripadajućih grešaka.
Abstract (english)
Theme of this graduate thesis is radiographic method of product examination. Thematically, this paper consists of three parts. First part is dedicated to basic radiography physics with special attention given to electromagnetic and ionising radiation, difference bettween x and gamma radiation and effects caused by ionizing radiation on biological elements. Second part lists all necessary equipment for radiographic examination with their characteristics and standard application. Third part of this thesis is dedicated to practical implementation of radiography starting with the overview of used norms and standards. Third part also includes explanation of effects which product geometry has on the visual appearance of indicaton. Responsabilities of operators and film examiners are also included. Practical application of radiographic method is presented on the weld type 1 (boiler component - left superheater SH 1.1 – project Istanbul). Examined weld is a butt weld with V preparation, exposed to both high pressure and high temperature. Lastly this thesis also includes several radiograms of the examined weld.
