Abstract
U radu je opisana važnost korektivnog i preventivnog održavanja cestovne infrastrukture. Detaljno je opisano korektivno i preventivno održavanje tunelskih ventilatora. Radom je trebalo definirati postojeće stanje ventilatora, uočiti nedostatke i analizirati ih, te provesti održavanje na temelju analiziranih podataka. Korištenjem informacijskog sustava za održavanje MP2 prikazana je provedba održavanja od početka do kraja procesa. Svi koraci provedeni u softwareu MP2 dokumentirani su i prikazani u radu. Također u radu je detaljno opisan alat 5S Lean management-om (vitkog upravljanja). Na realnom kvaru koji je potrebno provesti u radionici predložen je način optimiziranja postupka popravka, odnosno korektivnog održavanja ventilatora. Ukoliko bi se uveo Lean management u održavanje tunelskih ventilatora ubrzali bi se i standardizirali postupci popravka što bi na kraju dovelo do smanjenja troškova i povećanje produktivnosti služba održavanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the importance of corrective and preventive maintenance of road infrastructure. Corrective and preventive maintenance of tunnel fans is described in detail. The paper was intended to define the existing condition of the fans, identify defects and analyse them, and perform maintenance based on the analysed data. Using the CMMS - MP2 software platform, the maintenance implementation is shown from the beginning to the end of the process. All steps performed in the CMMS - MP2 software are documented and presented in the paper. The 5S Lean control tool is also closely described in the paper. The optimization of the repair process, that is, corrective maintenance of the fan, is suggested by using the example of real failure that needs to be repaired in the workshop. If Lean management was introduced into tunnel fan maintenance, repair procedures would be accelerated and standardized, which would ultimately lead to reduced costs and increased productivity of maintenance services.
