Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazani su uobičajeni primjeri primjene linearnog programiranja u strojarstvu. Korišteni program je MS Excel te se u njemu pomoću alata Rješavača rješavao zadani matematički model koji je postavljen na osnovi definiranog problema. Neki od problema koji su ukratko objašnjeni teorijskim dijelom i nakon toga i primjerom su: optimalni proizvodni program, optimalno iskorištenje polaznog materijala, optimalni proizvodni program za udružena poduzeća, problem modeliranja smjesa i modeliranje transporta i raspoređivanja. U zaključku je navedeno koje su dobre strane optimiranja u proizvodnji i gdje se još mogu primijeniti takvi pristupi rješavanja problema.
Abstract (english)
In this bachelor thesis, some usual examples of application of linear programming in mechanical engineering are presented. MS Excel, i.e. the Solver tool was used to solve the mathematical model based on the defined problem. Some of the problems that are briefly explained in the theoretical part and illustrated with the examples afterwards, are: optimal production program, cutting stock problem, business joining, mixture models, transportation and assignment problems. In the conclusion, the advantages of optimization in production and the possibilities of some other applications of linear programming are discussed.
