Abstract
Visokopenetracijski postupak zavarivanja ili K-TIG postupak obrađen je u ovom radu. Preko osnova vezanih uz TIG poput osnovnih informacija o postupku, dijelova uređaja, principa rada, parametara zavarivanja i slično opisan je K-TIG postupak kao moderna, poboljšana inačica. Razrađene su razlike između postupaka kako bi se pokazalo da K-TIG ima svoju bitnu ulogu u efikasnosti i isplativosti izrade zavara na materijalima srednjih do velikih debljina. Na kraju rada ukratko su opisani materijali kod kojih je primjena K-TIG postupka moguća i prije svega isplativa.
Abstract (english)
The deep penetration welding process or K-TIG process is discussed in this thesis. The K-TIG process is described as a modern, improved version through the basics of the TIG process such as basic process information, parts of welding machine, operating principles, welding parameters, etc. Differences between processes are elaborated to show that K-TIG has an essential role to play in the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of welding medium to high thickness materials. At the end of the thesis there are briefly described materials which can be cost-effectively welded with K-TIG process.
