Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisani su polimerni kompoziti i njihova široka primjena te svojstva i primjena matrica i ojačala prema najzastupljenijim vrstama. U radu je posebna pozornost pridodana samim proizvodnim linijama za proizvodnju polimernih kompozita, a posebno kontinuiranim linijama za pultrudiranje i namotavanje niti. Detaljno je opisan njihov povijesni razvoj, opis proizvodnog procesa, materijali koji se mogu koristiti u proizvodnji, glavni dijelovi linije i njihov opis, parametri proizvodnog procesa, proizvodi i oblici koji se mogu dobiti tehnologijama pultrudiranja i namotavanja niti te prednosti i nedostaci svake od njih.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis describes polymer composites and their wide application, as well as the properties and application of matrices and reinforcements according to the most common types. In this thesis, a special attention is paid to the production lines for the production of the polymer composites, especially to the continuous lines for pultruding and filament winding. Their historical development, description of the production process, materials that can be used in production, main parts of the line and their description, production process parameters, products and forms that can be obtained by pultruding and winding technologies as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each are described in detail.
