Abstract
U radu je opisan klasični Rankineov ciklus. Opisana su poboljšanja ciklusa te rješenja za povećavanje termičkog stupnja djelovanja. Kako bi se poboljšao takav sustav koristi se postrojenje koje radi po Regenerativnom Rankineovom ciklusu s međupregijačem pare i zatvorenim zagrijačem napojne vode. U zadatku je bilo potrebno izračunati temperaturu na ulazu u zatvoreni zagrijač napojne vode, neto snagu i termički stupanj djelovanja ciklusa. U EES-u (Engineering Equation Solver) programu je ispitan utjecaj temperature međupregijavanja na termički stupanj djelovanje te je izvršena optimizacija Regenerativnog Rankineovg ciklusa s ciljem dobivanja maksimalnog stupnja djelovanja. Rezultati su pokazali da međupregrijavanje pare i regenerativno zagrijavanje vode imaju pozitivan utjecaj na termički stupanj djelovanja i opravdanost kod uvođenja takvih poboljšanja u stvarnim sustavima u kojima se koristi Rankineov ciklus.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the classical Rankine cycle. Cycle improvements and solutions to increase the thermal efficiency are described. An improvement of such a system was taken by a plant operating according to the Regenerative Rankine cycle with an intermediate steam preheater and a closed feed water heater.The task was to calculate the temperature at the inlet off the closed feedwater heater, net power and thermal efficiency of the cycle. In the EES (Engineering Equation Solver) program, the influence of the reheating on the thermal efficiency was investigated and the Regenerative Rankine cycle was optimized in order to obtain the maximum thermal efficiency.The results showed that steam superheating and regenerative water reheating have a positive effect on the thermal efficiency and justification for introducing such improvements in real systems when using the Rankine cycle.
