Abstract
U ovom završnom radu, u početnom dijelu, opisana je teorija potrebna za rješavanje problema jednodimenzijskog stacionarnog provođenja topline te su prikazani zakoni iz područja prijenosa topline. Promatrano je temperaturno polje u dugačkoj otporničkoj žici izoliranoj slojem plastike u kojoj se nalazi toplinski izvor koji jednoliko generira toplinu u žici. Toplina nastaje kao posljedica električnog otpora prilikom prolaska električne struje. Zadatak je izračunati temperature na pojedinim radijusima izolirane žice, uz poznate vrijednosti temperature okoline, koeficijenta prijelaza topline, toplinske provodnosti oba materijala i izdašnosti toplinskog izvora. Varirajući vrijednosti temperature okoline i koeficijenta prijelaza topline ispitan je njihov utjecaj na temperature na pojedinim radijusima te su donijeti zaključci na temelju izračunatih vrijednosti. Porastom koeficijenta prijelaza topline temperatura na površini izolacije opada, a s porastom okolišne temperature, temperatura na površini izolacije raste.
Abstract (english)
In this bachelor thesis, in the inital part, the theory about one dimensional steady heat conduction needed to slove this problem is described and the laws in the field of heat transfer are presented. The temperature field in long resistive wire insulated by a layer of plastic that houses a heat source that uniformly generates heat in the wire is considered. The heat results from eletrical resistance when eletric current passes through. The task is to calculate the temperatures at individual radii of the insulated wire, with known values of ambient temperature, heat transfer coefficient, thermal conductivity of both materials and heat source yield. By varying the values of the ambient temperature and the heat transfer coefficient, check their influence on the temperatures in the individual radii and make certain conclusions based on the calculated values. With the increase of heat transfer coeffcient, the temperature on the insulation surface decrases, and with the increase of ambient temperature, the temperature on the insulation surface increases.
