Abstract
U prvom dijelu objašnjava se djelovanje korozije sa naglaskom na mehanizmu djelovanja elektrokemijske korozije. Pojašnjena je i uloga organskih prevlaka u zaštiti od korozijskog djelovanja na površinu te postupci provođenja plastifikacije. U drugom dijelu pobliže se objašnjava zaštita metala plastifikacijom na primjeru propan/butan boce za kućnu uporabu. Detaljno je objašnjen izbor materijala, postupak obrade i kontrola kvalitete propan/butan boce kao i postupak njene plastifikacije i kontrola kvalitete nanešene prevlake.
Abstract (english)
The first part explains the corrosion action, with a focus on the mechanism of action of the electrochemical corrosion. The role of organic coatings in the protection against corrosion action to the surface and the methodology involved in applying plastic coatings has also been clarified. The second part clarifies the protection of metals by plastification on the example of propane/butan gas bottles for household use. A detailed explanation of material selection, processing and quality control of propane/butan gas bottles as well as the process of its plastification and quality control applied to coatings.
