Abstract
U radu je analizirana mogućnost primjene koncepta grupne tehnologije u svrhu projektiranja tehnoloških procesa. Opisani su najčešće korišteni sustavi i dan je primjer primjene navedenog koncepta. Zadatkom je trebalo definirati grupu međusobno sličnih dijelova, odabrati njihovog reprezentanta i odrediti tehnološki plan izrade reprezentanta. Na toj osnovi kasnije su definirane operacije i zahvati te je izračunato okvirno vrijeme izrade za primjer prema prilogu 3. Nakon provedene analize, može se zaključiti da se konceptom grupne tehnologije ostvaruje niz prednosti te da postoji mogućnost daljnjeg unapređenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents an analysis of possible application of group technologies concept for process planning purposes. Most used systems are presented and example of group technology concept is given. Task consisted of defining group of similar parts and their representative part as well as defining proces plan for the representative part. Using defined proces plan, operations and actions as well as approximate production time needed was calculated for given exemplary part. After analysis was done, conclusion was made that the usage of group technologies concept has number of advantages in the field of process planing, but there are still possible improvements in the concept that can be made.
