Abstract
U radu je opisana pojava prvih bušotina, razvoj kroz povijest te njihova podjela i značaj. Opisane su komponente bušaćeg postrojenja, a najveća pozornost posvećena je tornju kao jednom od najzahtjevnijih dijelova postrojenja. Također, detaljnije je opisan TIG postupak zavarivanja kod komponenata kotlovskih postrojenja. Cijeli proces kompletnog tehnološkog postupka popravka i nadogradnje čelične konstrukcije tornja bušaćeg postrojenja CARDWELL KB 210 B opisan je od početnih pregleda do krajnjeg proizvoda. Najviše pažnje posvećeno je procesu zavarivanja budući da je to najbitniji postupak ove reparacije. Ugradnjom ekstenzije u gornju i donju sekciju tornja željela se postići veća nosivost konstrukcije kako bi se toranj mogao i dalje koristiti u ekspolataciji. Reparacija tornja sa njenom nadogradnjom vrlo je zahtjevan i odgovoran zahvat te ga je potrebno do zadnjeg detalja planirati i izvesti prema propisima sa svim dokazima kvalitete te se pridržavati propisanih normi. Tvrtka „Remont naftnih postrojenja“ d.o.o. pomogla mi je da iz prve ruke vidim kako izgleda njihova hala u kojoj se odvija cijeli proces reparacije, razne strojeve i načine zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the appearance of the first wells, development through history and division of wells and its significance. The components of the drilling rig are described and the greatest attention is paid to the tower as one of the most demanding parts of the plant. Also, the TIG welding process for boiler plant components is described in more detail. The entire process of complete technological process of repair and upgrade of steel structures of the tower of the drilling rig CARDWELL KB 210 B is described from the initial inspections to the final product. The most attention is paid to the welding process, which was supposed to be the most important procedure in these reparations. By installing extensions in the upper and lower section of the tower, we want to achieve a higher load-bearing capacity of the structure so that the tower can continue to be used in operation. Repair of the tower with its upgrade is a very demanding and responsible intervention and it is necessary to make the last detail to plan and research according to regulations with all the evidence of quality and with prescribed standards. The company "Remont naftnih postrojenja" d.o.o. helped me to see what the hall looks like, in which the whole reparation process takes place, various machines and welding process.
