Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu diplomskog rada prikazan je kratak osvrt kako pristupiti dizajniranju novog proizvoda u autoindustriji. Koji je redoslijed bitno ispuniti kako bi svoju maštu prenijeli na papir. U početnom dijelu diplomskog rada prikazani su primjeri nekakvih već postojećih rješenja šasija koje su se primjenjivale u autoindustriji tokom povijesti, te koje se primjenjuju još i danas. Nama najvažniji primjerak je šasija od ugljičnih vlakana iz jednoga dijela koja se najviše koristi u autoindustriji sportskih automobila. Opisane su njene značajke od kojih su najbitnije visoka čvrstoća, torzijska krutost i jako mala masa. Nakon toga definirana je lista zahtijeva i želja. Nakon što je popisana lista zahtjeva i želja, bilo je potrebno definirati ukupnu funkciju i parcijalne funkcije oplate i šasije automobila, tako da se lakše razumije cijela funkcijska struktura našega proizvoda. Također još je bilo potrebno provesti numeričke analize, industrijski dizajn te donijeti cjelokupan zaključak. Glavni naglasak ovog diplomskog rada je na kreiranju dizajna automobila, zatim taj dizajn provjeriti na aerodinamiku. Nakon toga iz samog dizajna modelirati šasiju koja prati vanjske konture automobila i ispitati ju na statičku krutost. Također trebalo je obratit pozornost na softvere i načine modeliranja u softverima u kojima se nije radilo na fakultetu. Putem proračuna aerodinamike u softveru može se zaključiti da prevladava laminarno strujanje, međutim može se još dodatno promijeniti položaj stražnjeg difuzora automobila radi smanjenja turbulencija u stražnjem dijelu. Analiza naprezanja šasije automobila pokazala je zadovoljavajuće rezultate. Šasija je podnijela zadana statička naprezanja. U šasiju se također treba dodati nekakva vrsta odgovarajuće pjene radi ostvarenja dodatne otpornosti. Nakon konačnih rješenja odrađena je analiza industrijskog dizajna. Kod analize industrijskog dizajna analizirao se proizvod primjenom liste određenog broja kontrolnih pitanja. Na samom kraju donesen je cjelokupan zaključak za diplomski rad te rješenja diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
In beginning of thesis we have showed a short example how to design a new product in auto industry. Which order is needed to fulfill that you can provide your imagination and transfer it to the paper. In beginning part of these thesis we have showed some of already existing solutions of car chassis that have been used in car auto industry, and some that are used even today. For us the most important chassis is monocoque carbon fiber chassis, that is the most used in sports car industry. It describes its features of which are the most important, high stiffness, torsional stiffness and very low mass. After that we have defined the list of conditions and wishes, then we defined the overall function and partial function of the car chassis, so that we easier understand the whole functional structure of our product. Also its been necessary to provide numerical analysis, industrial design and bring the overall conclusion. The main emphasis of these thesis is to create a car design, then after that check this design on aerodynamics. After that, from designed model, we designed a chassis that follows the outer contours and examine them on a static rigidity. It was necessary to pay attention to the software and modeling methods in software that we did not use on our college.
