Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu ukratko je opisana tehnologija obrade odvajanja čestica i napravljena njezina podjela. U daljnjem dijelu je opisan početni proizvod i objašnjen odabir materijala od kojeg će se proizvod izraditi. Također je opisan postupak tokarenja, njegova podjela i podjela tokarilica i tokarskih noževa. Opisan je postupak glodanja i objašnjeni su najčešći postupci obrade glodanjem kao i podjela alatnih strojeva glodalica, te je opisan završni postupak obrade, poliranje. Nakon toga je prikazan postupak same izradbe proizvoda uz odgovarajuće fotografije alata i strojeva koji su se koristili. U zadnjem poglavlju je napisan zaključak završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
The introduction part of this paper briefly describes technology of particle seperation processing and its division.Furthermore in paper is described inital product and explained choice of material for the product. Also there is description of the turning process, his division, division of lathes and its tools. The milling process is described and his most common processes, as well as the division of milling machines and also final process, polishing. After that there is shown process of making the product with appropriate photos of tools and machines that were used. In the last chapter is written the conclusion of this work.
