Abstract
Korozija postaje sve veći problem sve većom uporabom metala u konstrukcijama i podvrgavanjem tih konstrukcija agresivnijim okolinama i uvjetima. Stoga zaštita materijala od korozije igra veoma važnu ulogu kako bi se što duže odgodio učinak korozije, produljio životni vijek konstrukcije te kako bi se spriječile potencijalne nesreće poput lomova i havarija. Jedan od načina zaštite od korozije jest uporaba inhibitora u organskim premazima. U ovom završnom radu obrađena je analiza korozije i inhibtora, njihova klasifikacija i mehanizmi djelovanja sa osvrtom na djelovanje inhibitora u organskim premazima.
Abstract (english)
Corrosion is becoming an increasing problem with the increasing use of metals in structures and by subjecting these structures to more aggressive environments and conditions. Therefore, the protection of materials against corrosion plays an exceedingly important role in the delay of the effect of corrosion for as long as possible, to prolong the service life of the structure and to prevent potential accidents such as fractures and breakdowns. One way to protect against corrosion is to use inhibitors in organic coatings. This final paper deals with the analysis of corrosion and inhibitors, their classification and mechanisms of action with reference to the action of inhibitors in organic coatings.
