Abstract
U radu je u početku općenito opisana i definirana kvaliteta, u nastavku se govori o povijesti i opisuju se najvažniji gurui kvalitete. U sljedećem poglavlju govori se o sustavu upravljanja kvalitetom, njegova definicija, važnost i razvoj, te se na kraju poglavlja govori o ISO 9001 normi. Zadnje poglavlje rada odrađeno je u suradnji s privatnom tvrtkom od koje su uzeti konkretni podaci na osnovu kojih možemo vidjeti implementaciju ISO 9001 norme.
Abstract (english)
The paper starts with general discription and definition of quality, the history is discussed below and the most important quality gurus are described. The next chapter discusses the quality managment system, it's definition, importance and development, and at the end of the chapter we talked about ISO 9001 standard. The last chapter of the paper was done in cooperation with a private company from which specific data were taken on the basis of which we can see the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard.
