Abstract
Kontrola procesa je ključan faktor za kvalitetu u bilo kojem području rada, a pogotovo kada pričamo o području medicine. Primjenom automatiziranih uređaja za kontrolu pojedinih procesa i operacija u postupcima pregleda i liječenja pacijenata od krucijalne je važnosti. Naime primjenom automatiziranih uređaja smanjujemo ili potpuno eliminiramo mogućnost ljudskih grešaka koje bih se mogle pojaviti u ovom osjetljivom području djelovanja s obzirom da se u medicini radi o ljudskim životima. U ovom diplomskom radu bit će objašnjeno kako se kontrolira reprocesiranje medicinskih instrumenata, odnosno endoskopa i bronhoskopa koji se koriste na odjelima gastroenterologije, pulmologije i bronhoskopije. Navedeni instrumenti podvrgavaju se strogim postupcima kemijske dezinfekcije s obzirom da dolaze u kontakt sa unutarnjim organima i izlučevinama pacijenata. Prilikom pregleda instrumenti mogu biti kontaminirani raznim bakterijama i virusima koji bi se prenijeli na drugog pacijenta ukoliko bi došlo do greške prilikom reprocesiranja samog instrumenta. Upravo zbog toga posebno je stavljen naglasak na automatsku kontrolu procesa kao i kontrolu svakog pojedinog parametra koji utječe na samu kvalitetu odrađenog procesa.
Abstract (english)
Process control is a key factor for quality in any area of work, especially when we talk about medicine. Applying automated devices for control of some processes and operations in patient screening and treatment procedures is of crucial importance. By using automated devices, we reduce or completely eliminate the possibility of human error that can occur in this sensitive area of action since medicine is about human lives. In this graduate thesis we will explain the reprocessing of medical instruments, respectively endoscopes and bronchoscopes, used in the departments of gastroenterology, pulmonology and bronchoscopy. These instruments are subjected to strict chemical disinfection procedures as they come into contact with the internal organs and the secretions of the patients. During the exam, instruments may be contaminated with various bacteria and viruses that would be transferred to another patient if there is a mistake during the reprocessing the instrument itself. That is why special emphasis is placed on automatic process control as well as control of each parameter that effects the quality of process itself.
