Abstract
Tema ovog rada je metalografska ispitivanja replikama. U uvodnom dijelu objašnjene su osnove metalografije i metalografska ispitivanja, u nastavku je opisan princip rada u reflektiranom svijetlu, objašnjena svjetlosna i elektronska mikroskopija. Potom su detaljno objašnjene sve faze pripreme površine uzorka za metalografska ispitivanja te u poglavlju 5 i sama metoda replikacije. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada je provedeno metalografsko ispitivanje replikama gotovog zupčanika.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is metallographic testing of replicas. In the introductory part, the basics of metallography and metallographic tests are explained, the principle of working in reflected light is described below, and light and electron microscopy are explained. Then, all stages of sample surface preparation for metallographic tests are explained in detail, as well as the replication method itself in Chapter 5. In the experimental part of the paper, a metallographic examination with replicates of the finished gear was performed.
