Abstract
U diplomskom radu razmotrena je primjena računalnih alata u strojnoj obradi. Opisan je cjelokupan proces izrade strojnog elementa. Prethodno su razmotreni dostupni računalni alati za modeliranje i izradu 3d modela te je odabran program SolidWorks. Razmotreni su i dostupni alati za pripremu numeričkog koda alatnih strojeva uz odabir programa SolidCAM koji se potpuno integrira i povezuje s SolidWorks programskim paketom. U odabranom programu izrađena je tehnologija, optimizacija, tehnička dokumentacija te numerički program. Nakon izrade i simulacije numeričkog programa za strojnu obradu izvršen je odabir alatnog stroja te opisana strojna obrada 3d modela.
Abstract (english)
The thesis discussed the application of computer tools in machining. Described the whole process of making machine element. Previously considered available computer tools for modeling and 3D model and the selected CAD program SolidWorks. The parties discussed the available tools for the preparation of the numerical code machine tools with program selection. SolidCAM is fully integrates and connects with SolidWorks software package. In the selected program is made technology, optimization, technical documentation and numerical program. After creating numerical simulation program for machining procedure and selecting the machine CNC HAAS UMC-750 we have made part on the selected machine.
