Abstract
U okviru ovog završnog rada obrađena je tehnologija izrade proizvoda prema tehničkom crtežu. Odabran je proizvod koji se u postupku izrade obrađuje na tokarilici i glodalici. Odabrani proizvod je vratilo koja je samo mali dio sklopa zračnog bata.Pošto je obrada odvajanjem čestica danas jedna od najviše primjenjnih tehnologija obrade, za svaki je proizvod potrebno posebno definirati uvjete obrade. Način i uvjeti obrade ovise o puno faktora kao što su parametri obrade, materijal obratka i dr. i oni će biti pojašnjeni u teorijskom dijelu.Eksperimantalni dio se sastoji od proračuna za pripremu i upravljanje proizvodnjom za odabrani proizvod, a sam postupak je primjenjen u tvrtki Unidal iz Vinkovaca.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper discussed the technology of making products according to technical drawing.I select the product that is in the process of making deals on lathes and milling machines. Selected product is spinning shaft, which is only a small part of the air piston assembly.Since the processing by particle is now one of the most applied processing technology, for each product should be particularly defined processing conditions.The method and processing conditions depend on many factors such as processing parameters, material workpiece, etc. And they will be explained in the theoretical part.Experimental part is composed of the budget for the preparation and production management for the selected product, and the procedure is applied in company Unidal from Vinkovci.
