Abstract
U diplomskom radu je opisana laserska obrada materijala. Navedeni su postupci obrade i njihova primjena u industriji, najčešće korišteni tipovi lasera kao i njihove prednosti i nedostaci. U daljnjem dijelu rada uspoređivali samo neke vrste graviranja za razne vrste materijala. U eksperimentalnom dijelu je odrađeno lasersko graviranje. To je proces urezivanja pomoću lasera. Lasersko označavanje je dakle metoda koja ostavlja tragove na objektu, koji uključuje i promjenu boje zbog kemijske odnosno molekularne promjene, nagorenosti, pjenjenja, topivosti, ablacije, i drugih faktora. Tehnika ne uključuje korištenje tinte, niti alate koji troše površinu.
Abstract (english)
In this paper the laser processing of materials has been described. This includes various types of processes and their usage in the industry, the most used types of lasers as well as their benefits and drawbacks. In the later part of the paper different engraving methods have been compared for a variety of materials. In the experimental part the all the focus is on the process of laser engraving. It is a method that leaves a trail by cutting into the surface of materials or by changing the color of the affected surface due to chemical (molecular) changes, melting, charing, ablation, etc. This method does not require additional tools or tint.
