Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je analiza propelera male bespilotne letjelice (drona) u vertikalnom letu i lebdenju. U prvom dijelu rada predstavljene su bespilotne letjelice, njihova primjena, te zakonska regulativa. Nakon osnovnih spoznaja o bespilotnim letjelicama i njihovoj primjeni, slijedi konfiguracija četverorotnog helikoptera. U navedenom poglavlju odabrani su i opisani dijelovi bespilotne letjelice koja je promatrana u radu. Kao pomoć pri odabiru pogonske grupe korišten je program Drive Calculator. Unutar ovog poglavlja analizirane su karakteristike aeroprofila odabranog propelera uz pomoć programa xFlr5. Nadalje, sljedećim poglavljem definiran je 3D model drona, uz određena pojednostavljenja i pretpostavke jer nisu poznati svi parametri potrebni za izradu. Model bespilotne letjelice izrađen je u programskom paketu SolidWorks 2012, gdje je definiran i materijal od kojeg je letjelica izrađena. U daljnjem radu, razmatrana je aerodinamika odabranog propelera pomoću kombinirane metode teorije diska i teorije elementarnog kraka (BEMT). U analizu su implementirani i gubitci na vrhovima krakova propelera prema Prandtlovom modelu. Naposljetku, opisano je upravljanje četverorotnim helikopterom, kao i komunikacija letjelice i operatera. Također, ukratko je opisan i način ostvarivanja stabilnosti u letu. Ovaj rad može koristiti u daljnjoj analizi horizontalnog leta, te analizi upravljivosti i stabilnosti ovog tipa letjelice.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the propeller of small unmanned aircraft (drone) in vertical flight and hover. The first part presents the unmanned aircrafts, their use and legal regulations. After basic knowledge of unmanned aircrafts and their use, followed configuration of quadcopter. In this chapter is selected and described parts of drones which are observed in the work. To help in this selection of powertrain was used program Drive Calculator. In this chapter was analyzed the characteristics of the selected airfoil with the help of the program xFlr5. In the next chapter was defined 3D model of drone, with certain simplifications and assumptions because all parameters are not known. 3D model of unmanned aerial vehicle was made in the software package SolidWorks 2012, where is defined the material. In further work, was analyzed aerodynamics of the propeller using the Blade Element Momentum Theory (BEMT). In the analysis was implemented and losses on the tips of the propeller blades by the Prandtl model. Finally, in the next chapter was explained how to control a quadcopter, as well as communication of aircraft and operators. Also, briefly was described the way to achieve stability in flight. This work can be used in the further analysis of horizontal flight, as well as analysis of manageability and stability of this type of aircraft.
