Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je Izrada centralnog prstena donjeg postolja hidrauličkog bagera. U radu je opisana namjena i područja korištenja građevinskih strojeva. Analizirana je podjela građevinskih strojeva, a detaljnije su opisani dijelovi i funkcije hidrauličkog bagera, uvjeti eksploatacije te standardna stopa proizvodnje.Opisani su i pojašnjeni osnovni materijali i strojarske tehnologije pri izradi hidrauličkog bagera s naglaskom na korištenim postupcima zavarivanja. Zadatkom je trebalo analizirati utjecaj postupaka zavarivanja na ukupne normative vremena te glavne troškove zavarivanja centralnog prstena donjeg postolja hidrauličkog bagera. Na osnovu kalkulacija troškova zavarivanja je trebalo izabrati najpovoljnije postupke zavarivanja za svaki zavar kako bi se ostvarilo minimalno konačno vrijeme s najmanjim troškovima.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final paper is Making of lower pedestal central ring of hydraulic excavator. The paper describes purpose and application areas of construction equipment. The division of construction equipment is analyzed and main parts and functions of hydraulic excavator are disclosed. Basic materials and mechanical engineering technologies are explained with emphasis on used welding processes. The impact of possible welding processes on overall norms of time and the main costs of welding of lower pedestal central ring of hydraulic excavator is analyzed in this paper. Based on welding cost calculations, optimal welding processes are chosen for each weld so that minimal final time with the lowest costs is achieved.
