Abstract
U radu je opisano općenito o aluminiju i aluminijskim legurama, lijevanju aluminija i njegovih legura, livljvosti i ispitivanju livljivosti aluminijski legura. Uvodni dio, opisuje postupak stvaranja aluminija te stvaranja aluminijskih legura legiranjem određenih elemenata s aluminijem u svrhu poboljšavanja nekih mehaničkih svojstava. Također, u prvom dijelu rada prikazani su i dijagrami stanja za pojedine legure zbog lakše predodžbe načina stvaranja legure. Zatim je obrazloženo što je to... More lijevanje, navodi vrste lijevanja te neke od općih postupaka lijevanja. Detaljno su opisane i shematski prikazane tri vrste lijevanja koje se najčešće primjenjuju kod lijevanja aluminija i njegovih legura. U nastavku je opisano što je to livljivost te kako ju uopće definirati, koja je svrha livljivosti, legure koje utječu na livljivost te parametri koji utječu na livljvost. Na kraju rada, opisana su ispitivanja livljivosti aluminijskih legura, opisuje vrste i načine ispitivanja livljivosti aluminijskih legura. Dan je zaključak da bi se postigla što bolja livljivost potrebno je odabrati potrebne legure i načine lijevanja koji bi odgovarali zahtjevanoj kvaliteti. Testovima livljivosti koji su opisani i dati u ovom radu može se zaključiti koji su zahtjevani i potrebni parametri za bolju livljivost. Less
Abstract (english)
This work is generally about aluminium and aluminium alloys, casting aluminium and its alloys, castability and castability testing of aluminium alloys. Introductory part describes procedure of creating aluminium and creation of aluminium alloys by alloying with certain elements of aluminium in purpose to improve the mechanical properties. Also, in the first part of work are shown stage diagrams for each alloy in purpose to find an easy perception of ways of creating alloys. After that... More is explained what is casting, some type of casting and some of the general methods of casting. In details are described and schematically shown three types of casting which are usually applied in the casting of aluminium and its alloys. In continuation is described what is castability and how castability can be define, what is the purpose of castability, alloys that are affecting castability and parameters that influence castability. At the end of the work are shown and described tests of castability of aluminium alloys, types and methods of testing castability of aluminium alloys and the conclusion is to achieve a better castability is necessary to select the required alloys and ways of casting that will be suitable to the required quality.
