Abstract
Zadatak obuhvaća opis polimernih materijala, opis svojstava akrilonitril/stiren/akrilat, te postupka i procesa injekcijskog prešanja. Detaljno smo opisali postupak injekcijskog prešanja, kojeg čine ubrizgavalica, temperiralo i kalup. Navedeni su parametri injekcijskog prešanja. Nadalje napravljen je plan pokusa za izradu eksperimentalnog dijela u kojem smo pokazali utjecaj parametara injekcijskog prešanja na rastezna svojstva otpreska.
Abstract (english)
The task includes a description of polymer materials, a description of the properties of acrylonitrile / styrene / acrylate, and the process and the process of injection molding. A detailed description of the injection molding process, which consists of injection molding machines, temperature controller and mold. The aforementioned parameters are the injection molding. Furthermore, a plan of experiments to produce an experimental area where we have shown the influence of the injection molding parameters on the tensile properties of the molded article.
