Abstract
U današnje vrijeme moderna industrija je nezamisliva bez CNC strojeva. Primjena CNC strojeva je široka, a svoju primjenu pronalazi gotovo u svim granama ,u drvnoj industriji, koristi se za izradu različitih dijelova, za savijanje cijevi,lasersko rezanje, a iz navedenog se može zaključiti da se radi o strojevima široke primjene. U ovom radu je prikazano korištenje i primjena CNC glodalice te korištenje programa Catia za crtanje kalupa za lijevanje olova. Pri samoj izradi kalupa je korištena visokobrzinska obrada koja u odnosu na konvencionalnu daje puno veću točnost i preciznost te učinkovitost i kvalitetu izratka uz istovremeno smanjenje troškova te vremena izrade. Za izrađeni model kalupa odrađena je i prikazan kompletan postupak simulacije te prikazan gotov proizvod.
Abstract (english)
The modern industry is unimaginable without CNC machines. The CNC machine is wide, and its application is found in almost all branches, in the wood industry, used for making various parts, bending of pipes, laser cutting, and it can be concluded That it is a machine of wide scope of application. This paper presents the use and application of CNC milling machine and the use of a cation molding program for lead casting molds. High-quality machining has been used in the manufacture of molds, which in comparison to the conventional one gives a much higher accuracy and precision and efficiency And the quality of the work while at the same time reducing the cost of the production time. A completed modeling model is presented and a complete simulation procedure is shown and the finished product shown.
