Abstract U uvodnom dijelu rada opisana je pojava tehnologije rezanja vodenim mlazom, kao jedna od tehnologija nekonvencionalnih postupaka. Kod velikog broja novih materijala, obrada konvencionalnim tehnologijama nije najpovoljniji izbor. To je uvjetovalo pojavom novih nekonvencionalnih tehnologija obrade, kod kojih se obrada izvodi bez uobičajenih ograničenja u odnosu na svojstvo obradivosti materijala.
Kroz drugo poglavlje opisane su mogućnosti tehnologije, njezini nedostatci i prednosti, kao i osnovni principi ove tehnologije. Proces rezanja kod ove tehnologije može se provoditi na način da materijal režemo bez dodavanja abrazivnog medija gdje se za rezanje isključivo koristi mlaz vode velike brzine, sa čvrstim abrazivnim medijima ili vodo topivim dodatcima (suspenzija). Kada govorimo o sustavima za generiranje visokog tlaka kod ove tehnologije, bitno je naglasiti njihovu glavnu zadaću, a to je osigurati stalni i laminarni protok vode visokog tlaka, što znači da volumen i tlak vode moraju biti kontrolirani bez značajnih oscilacija tijekom vremena. Osnovni dio sustava za generiranje visokog tlaka je pumpa, pri čemu se danas koriste dva osnovna tipa pumpi, više stupanjska pumpa i pumpa sa pojačivačem (multiplikatorom).
Kod tehnologije rezanja materijala vodenim mlazom, mnoge tehnološke mogućnosti uvjetovane su sustavom pozicioniranja, postavljanja i stezanja predmeta obrade Na sustav pozicioniranja kao jedan od čimbenika utječe i preciznost stroja pa prema tome u slučaju da stroj manipulira reznom mlaznicom u prostoru preciznosti od 0,025mm, to će nam predstavljati granicu preciznosti izrade završnog dijela odnosno proizvoda.
Upravljačko operativni programski sustavi kod tehnologije rezanja vodenim mlazom igraju ključnu ulogu, što znači da je samo putem softvera moguće ostvariti željenu preciznost rezanja. Pojavom softvera dolazi do nadogradnje postojeće opreme sustavima veće preciznosti, od do tada moguće preciznosti ljudske sposobnosti.
Praktični dio rada proveden je kroz eksperimentalno ispitivanje gdje su pokazane mogućnosti tehnologije rezanja abrazivno vodenim mlazom na predmetima koji nužno ne moraju biti ravna ploča, na stroju sa ograničenim stupnjem kretanja i upravljanja, bez nadogradnje softvera ili samoga stroja. Postupak ispitivanja je proveden u svrhu dostizanja spoznaje kojom smo htjeli doznati, kolika je mogućnost stroja uz optimalne parametre i uvjete, gdje iskustvo operatera stroja i struke posustaje, te na pitanja dali je nešto pogodno za proizvodnju ili nije, nema odgovora. Prema analizi rezultata ispitivanja, dobili smo uvid u kvalitetu površine pojedinih uzoraka ovisno o nagibu kojeg smo koristili.
Abstract (english) In the first part water cutting technology is described, like one of the convencional procedure technology. In significant number of new materials, conventional technology processing is not an optimal choice. That brings to the appearance of new unconventional processing technologies in which processing runs with out usual limitations in relation to characteristic of material processing.
In the second chapter describes technology possibilities, advantages, disadvantages and basic principles of this technology. Cutting process in this technology can bee proceed in the way that material is cutted without adding of abrasive media, just high pressure and high speed water jet with solid abrasive medias or water – soluble addings. When we talk about the high presure generation systems it is wery improtant to emphasise their main task and that is to isure constant and laminar flow of high pressure water, what means that volume and pressure of water needs to bee controlled without oscillation.Basic part of the high presure generation systems is the pump, and there is two basic type of pumps, multistage pump and pump with amplifier.
With high pressure water jet cutting technology, many technological possibilities are conditioned with the positioning system, sets and fixing of processing object. On positioning system as one of the most efective factor affect machine accuracy and regarding that in case that the machine manipulate with cutting jet in the space with accuracy of 0,025 mm. That will be our precision boundry of processing our final product.
Managed – operative program systems in water jet cutting technology play the main rol, it means that just with the software is possible to get wanted cutting accuracy. The appearance of the software brings to the upgrade of existing equipment with high accuracy systems.
Practical part was conducted through experimental testing where are shown possibilities of technology to cutt with abrasive water jet on the objects that are not just flat panel, on the machine with limited stage of motion and control, wtihout software or machine upgrade. The test procedure was carried out in purpose of reaching knowledges that shows how realstic is machine possibility with optimal paremeters and conditions, where stops human and knowledge factor, and on questions how is something good to produce or not, there is no answer. Regarding analysis of test results, we got insight in surface quality of some samples depending on the inclination that we used.
