Abstract
U radu je dan pregled postupaka prevlačenja površina metala iz parne faze postupcima: • fizikalnog nanošenja prevlaka iz parne faze (PVD), • kemijskog nanošenja prevlaka iz parne faze (CVD), • plazmom potpomognutog CVD procesa, (PA-CVD). Za svaki postupak dan je opis nastanka prevlaka, razlike u svojstvima prevlaka, opisi morfologija prevlaka, te usporedba postupka prevlačenja. Ovim postupcima mogu se deponirati brojne vrste metalnih filmova i legura, a kao najvažnije prevlake danas u primjeni izdvojene su i detaljno opisane: • PVD titan-nitridne prevlake i prevlake od ugljika sličnog dijamantu, • CVD prevlake od tvrdih spojeva na osnovi titana (TiC, TiN, Ti(C,N)), prevlake od Al-oksida i prevlake od Ti-karbonitrida. Također teoretskim dijelom opisane su metode ispitivanja debljine i prionjivosti (adhezije) prevlaka dobivenih PVD, CVD i PACVD postupcima prevlačenja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu analizirani su rezultati ispitivanja tvrdoće, udarne radnje loma, hrapavosti površine, debljine i prionjivosti cVIc (TiCN+CBC) prevlake nanesene na uzorke od čelika 45S20 (Č1590).
Abstract (english)
This thesis gives an overview of the following methods used for deposition of surface coatings by Vapor Deposition: • Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) method, • Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method, • Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition (PA-CVD) method. For each method, a description of the application process was given. This thesis also gives an overview of the properties of the coating, coating morphology, and comparison of coating methods. With these methods, a wide variety of metal thin films and alloys can be deposited and the most commonly applied materials have been described, such as: • PVD Titanium Nitride and Diamond Like Carbon based coatings, • CVD hard coatings based on: titanium alloys (TiC, TiN, Ti(C,N)), Aluminum oxide, and Titanium Carbo-Nitride. In addition, this thesis gives an overview of thickness and adhesion measurement techniques for coatings deposited via PVD, CVD and PACVD methods. Analysis of the cVIc (TiCN+CBC) coating deposited on steel 45S20 (Č1590) test samples was carried out. The analysis was based on test results given by: hardness test, impact energy test, surface roughness measuring, coating thickness measuring and coating adhesion testing.
