Abstract
U diplomskom radu je opisan je postupak injekcijskog prešanja plastomera. Prikazani su svi dijelovi kalupa za injekcijsko prešanje te je detaljno objašnjena njihova funkcija. Opisan je sustav za vađenje otpreska iz kalupa, sustav za temperiranje kalupa te sustavi za vođenje i centriranje kalupa. Nakon toga slijedi reološki proračun kalupa, određivanje potrebnog tlaka u kalupnoj šupljini te dimenzioniranje uljevnog sustava kalupa i proračun tlaka u kalupu. Nakon toga u programskom paketu Moldflow Adviser izvršena je računalnu simulaciju punjenja kalupne šupljine za odabrane materijale. Izvršen je analiza odabranog modela, analiza za optimalno mjesto postavljanja ušća te indikatora otpora protoka. Po završetku toga napravljena je simulacija punjenja kalupne šupljine.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis is described the process of injection molding of thermoplastics. All parts of the mold for injection molding are presented and their function is explained in detail. There are described mold removal system, mold tempering system, systems for managing and centering mold. After that comes reological calculation of mold, determining the required pressure in the mold cavity, dimensioning of injection system and mold pressure calculation. After that in programme package Moldflow Adviser was done the computer simulation of filling mold cavities for selected materials. An analysis of the selected model and analysis of the optimal position of the lining and the flow resistance indicator were made. By the ending of simulation of the filling mold cavity was made too.
