Abstract
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada bio je pronalazak vlastitog konstrukcijskog rješenja teleskopske ruke, vitla i oslonca (''noge'') ''pauk'' dizalice. U uvodnom dijelu rada je ukratko opisana podjela dizalica uključujući i ''pauk'' dizalica. Proučavanjem već postojećih konstrukcijskih rješenja prikazanih na slikama u poglavlju 2 pristupilo se kreiranju liste zahtjeva kao i parcijalnim funkcijama. Bilo je potrebno napisati zamišljenu i stvarnu grubu funkcijsku strukturu za teleskopsku ruku i oslonce. Nakon jasnog definiranja dijelova koji čine teleskopsku ruku, i oslonac dizalice pristupilo se potrebnom analitičkom proračunu dijelova koji kao cjelina čine mehanizam za podizanje/spuštanje/prenošenje tereta. Analiza naprezanja i deformacija teleskopske ruke prilikom podizanja odnosno spuštanja tereta je rađena pomoću programskog paketa ''Ansys Workbench - a'' kao što je i prikazano u poglavlju 6. Analitičkim proračunom su određene izmjere pojedinih strojnih dijelova, pa se prema tim izmjerama pristupilo izradi trodimenzijskog modela teleskopske ruke i oslonaca. Programski paket Siemens ''NX 10.0'' korišten je za izradu trodimenzijskog modela. Na osnovu trodimenzijskog modela se izradila potrebna tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
The task of this graduate thesis was to find own constructional solution of telescopic arm, winch and support (leg) of “spider” crane. In the introduction, it was briefly described cranes classification including the “spider” one. By studying already existing constructional solutions shown in the pictures in Chapter 2, it was started the creation of a list of requirements as well as partial functions. It was necessary to write the imagined and realistic rough functional structure for the telescopic arm and the support. After the clear definition of the parts which make telescopic arm and support, it was made the necessary analytic calculation of parts which, as a whole, comprise the lifting / lowering / transfer mechanism. Stress and strain analysis of the telescopic arm when lifting or lowering the load was done using the “Ansys Workbench” program package as shown in Chapter 6. Analytical calculations have determined the measurements of individual machine parts, and according to these measurements, a three-dimensional model of telescopic arms and supports has been made. The Siemens '' NX 10.0 '' software package was used to create a three-dimensional model. Based on the three-dimensional model, it was made the required technical documentation.
