Abstract
U radu je obrađen utjecaj korozije na integritet podvodnih cjevovoda. Detaljno je analizirana tehnologija zaštite od korozije, s naglaskom na katodnu zaštitu. U prvom dijelu rada definiran je proces korozije i opisane su kemijska i elektrokemijska korozija. Slijede kriteriji za izbor materijala i opis karakteristika čeličnih, polimernih i stakloplastičnih cijevi. Kod elektrokemijske zaštite od korozije naglasak je stavljen na katodnu zaštitu uz vanjski izvor struje i katodnu zaštitu žrtvovanom anodom (protektorom), koja se uglavnom upotrebljava za zaštitu podvodnih cjevovoda. Važno je napomenuti da katodna zaštita najbolje rezultate daje u kombinaciji sa sustavima prevlaka. Zatim su prikazane vrste zaštita metalnim, nemetalnim anorganskim i organskim prevlakama. Također su opisane različite metode polaganja cjevovoda. Na kraju rada prikazana je tehnološka razrada čeličnog cjevovoda. Analiziran je postupak antikorozivne zaštite FBE metodom, postavljanje betonske obloge, katodna zaštita žrtvovanom anodom i sam postupak polaganja cjevovoda na morsko dno S– metodom.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the influence of corrosion on the integrity of (underwater) offshore pipelines. Corrosion protection technology, with an emphasis on cathodic protection, has been thoroughly analyzed. In the first part of the thesis the corrosion process is defined, and chemical and electrochemical corrosion are described. What follows are the criteria for the selection of pipeline material and the description of the characteristics of steel, polymer and fiberglass pipes. Various pipeline laying methods are described. In the case of electrochemical corrosion protection, the emphasis is placed on impressed current cathodic protection and cathodic protection with sacrificial anodes, which is mainly used for the protection of underwater pipelines. It is important to note that cathodic protection gives best results in combination with coating systems. In addition, types of protection with metallic, non-metallic inorganic and organic coatings are presented, as well as different methods of pipeline installation. At the end of the thesis, the technology of the pipeline system is analysed: FBE coating method of steel pipe protection, carrying out the concrete weight coating method, cathodic protection with sacrificial anodes, and the procedure of pipeline installation using the S– method.
