Abstract
Proces proizvodnje započinje odabirom proizvodne norme, kategorizacijom proizvoda i klasifikacijom proizvoda Pravilnik o tlačnoj opremi NN 79/2016 (PED 2014/68/EU) (HRN EN 13445-5). Tijekom izrade crteža vodi se računa da se zadovolje svi uvjeti norme HRN EN 13445. U sastavnici svi materijali moraju biti u potpunosti definirani s dimenzijama, kvalitetom materijala i uvjetima preuzimanja. Vodi se računa od dozvoljenim oblicima zavara i slično. Posuda se proizvodi u radionici upotrebom raznih postupaka proizvodnje. Koristi se savijanje za savijanje plašteva, zavarivanje postupci 111, 135, 141, 121. Svi postupci moraju biti atestirani i svi zavarivači moraju posjedovat atest za postupke kojim se izvede zavarivanje. U tijeku proizvodnje kontroliraju se dozvoljena odstupanja prema HRN EN 13445-4 (ovalnost, smicanje, neregularnost profila, lokalno stanjenje, priprema zavara, mehaničke probe). Također se mora osigurati sljedivost ugrađenog materijala i zavarivača. Kontrola se vrši prema HRN EN 13445-5. Prilikom izrade posude izrađuje se zbirka izvedenih radova koja se sastoji od:  tehnički opis  kategorizacije proizvoda  popis crteža  lista materijala  popis atesta postupaka  popis zavarivača  izvještaji o ispitivanjima RT, PT, UT  izvještaj o ispitivanjima mehaničkih proba  izvještaj o tlačnoj probi
Abstract (english)
The production process begins with the selection of production standard, product categorization, and product classification NN 79/2016 (PED 2014/68/EU) (HRN EN 13445-5). The drawing is done in such a manner that all the requirements of HRN EN 13445 are met. In the parts list, all the materials must be fully defined in terms of dimensions, quality, and take-up conditions. Due attention is paid to allowed weld types and the like. The vessel is produced in a workshop using various production methods. Bending is used for shell forming, as well as welding procedures 111, 135, 141, and 121. All the procedures must be certificated and all the welders must have a certificate for the welding procedures they use. In the production process, permissible deviations are controlled for according to HRN EN 13445-4 (overvoltage, shear, profile irregularity, local stoppage, improper preparation, mechanical tests). The traceability of the embedded material and the welders must also be ensured. In the course of vessel making, a manufacture dossier is created with the following components:  technical description  product categorization  list of drawings  list of material  list of procedures  list of welders  test reports RT, PT, UT  report on Mechanical Test Examinations  report on pressure testing
