Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu su navedene i opisane prednosti korištenja programskih paketa prilikom projektiranja tehnologije obrade odvajanja čestica. Ovaj rad se sastoji od dva dijela. Prvi dio se sastoji od teorijskog dijela, dok je u drugom dijelu opisan rad u programskom paketu ESPRIT. U prvom, teorijskom dijelu objašnjene su definicije CAD / CAM sustava, navedene su i prednosti korištenja programskih paketa. Oni nam omogućavaju ostvarivanje osnovnih preduvjeta za moderniziranje načina projektiranja i za skraćivanje vremenskih rokova potrebnih za izradu dokumentacije. Jedan od najsigurnijih načina za povećanje konkurentnosti jest investiranje u nove programe i obuku programera. Drugi dio se sastoji od rada u programu ESPRIT 2015. Nudi nam snažne alate za programiranje bilo kojeg CNC alatnog stroja. ESPRIT-ovo CAD/CAM sučelje izravno uvozi model iz bilo kojeg izvora, potpuno netaknut, bez potrebe da programer uređuje ili obnavlja geometriju. Visoke preformanse, simulacije u realnom vremenu, sveobuhvatne provjere eventualnog sudara (alata i komada) da bi se osiguralo da čak i najsloženiji dijelovi budu obrađeni pravilno prvi put.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the benefits of using software packages during the design of machining technologies. This work consists of two parts. The first part consists of a theoretical part, while in the second part of the work described in the application pack ESPRIT. In the first, theoretical part explains the definition of CAD / CAM systems, are listed and the advantages of using software packages. They allow us to realization of the basic preconditions for modernizing ways of design and to shorten the timing of the preparation of documentation. One of the safest ways to increase competitiveness is investing in new programs and training programmers. The second part consists of working with the ESPRIT 2015. It offers us powerful tools for programming of any CNC machine tool. ESPRIT CAD / CAM interface directly enters the model from any source, fully intact, with no need to regulate the developer or renewed geometry. High performance, simulation in real time, comprehensive review of possible collisions (tools and pieces) to ensure that even the most complex parts to be processed correctly the first time.
