Abstract
U ovom završnom radu će se pokazati važnost optimalnog iskorištenja materijala u procesu rezanja kroz postavljanje matematičkog modela. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisan je razvoj linearnog programiranja kroz povijest i sama problematika. U drugom dijelu opisan je stroj za operacije rezanja i načini pristupanja problemu u poduzeću Đuro Đaković d.d. Industrijska rješenja. Osim opisa rada u poduzeću objašnjen je program TruTops kojim se djelatnici koriste u radu i primjer rješavanja zadatka uz tehničku dokumentaciju. U završnom dijelu rada predstavljen je primjer problematike za koju je napisan matematički model koji je riješen pomoću alata Rješavač MS Excel i programa OptiCut. Naknadno su uspoređeni rezultati oba programa. U zaključku se navode rješenja i razlog odabira programskog sustava s kojim se nastavlja rad.
Abstract (english)
In this bachelor thesis the establishment of a mathematical model and the importance of optimal material utilization in the cutting process will be presented. The introductory part describes the development of linear programming through history and its issues. The second part describes machines for cutting operations and how to approach the problem in company Đuro Đaković d.d. Industrijska Rješenja. An example of the problem with the technical documentation is shown through the program TruTops used in the company. In the final part of the thesis, there is an example of a problem for which a mathematical model was written and solved using the MS Excel and OptiCut software tools. The results obtained are compared at the end. The solutions and the reason for choosing the program with which work continues are stated in the conclusion.
