Abstract
Rad sadržava opis polimernih materijala, te je detaljno opisan polipropilen. Prikazana je povijest nastanka polipropilena, njegove varijante, svojstva, prednosti i nedostatci, te područja u kojima se primjenjuje. Rad također sadrži i detaljan opis postupka i procesa injekcijskog prešanja. Prikazan je tijek događa u jednom ciklusu injekcijskog prešanja, te detaljan opis opreme s pomoću koje se vrši postupak injekcijskog prešanja. Navedeni su i parametri koji utječu na proces injekcijskog prešanja, s posebnim naglaskom na one koji utječu na masu otpreska. Eksperimentalnom metodom je utvrđeno da sa rastom naknadnog tlaka i vremena njegovog djelovanja raste i masa otpreska.
Abstract (english)
The paper contains description of polymeric materials, and a detailed description of polypropylene. The history of the formation of polypropylene, its variants, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and areas of use. The paper also contains a detailed description of the process of injection moulding. The course occurs in one injection moulding cycle, and a detailed description of the equipment which is use in injection moulding process. The paper contains parameters which have influence on injection moulding process, with special emphasis on those that affect the mass of the moulded part. With experimental method was found that with increase packing pressure and time of its action, the weight of the moulded part also increase.
