Abstract
U radu su opisane talioničke peći i njihove karakteristike, te njihova uporaba. U prvom dijelu se opisuje povijesni razvoj ljevarstva od početka pa sve do danas, prednosti i nedostatci, te tehnologije lijevanja. Zatim je obrazloženo što su to talioničke peći te njihova podjela. Detaljno su opisane i shematski prikazane najčešće vrste talioničkih peći, te njihova primjena u ljevarstvu. U nastavku se opisuju plinski plamenici, kratak opis komore za izgaranje, korištenje rekuperatora u pećima, te je prikazan dimovod kod plinskih peći. Detaljnije su opisane dvije plinske peći s danim karakteristikama i opisom rada svake pojedine peći. Na kraju rada dan je zaključak kratke usporedbe stabilne i nagibne plinske peći.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is to present a principle of working of gas melting furnace. Elaborating the basic segment of manufacture, basically concerning on the melting in the gas furnace, this paper will present some of technologies of casting in foundry factory, principle of working of flame furnaces and basic parts of its equipment. The subject of this research is based on melting flame furnaces, their characteristic and the way of application. The first part of this research presents a historical review of foundry factory, describing its advantages and disadvantages, and the technology of casting, also. Further, through the research, it is presented and explained what the melting flame furnaces and their divisions are, presenting the types of melting furnaces and their use in the foundry factory. In continuation, there are presented a gas burners, a combustion chamber, furnaces recuperators and its way of application and a flue of a gas furnace. In this research is presented the way of use of all those furnaces and their characteristic. In the conclusion, there is made a comparison between two furnaces, a stable and tilting furnaces.
