Abstract
Diplomski rad prikazuje proračun čvrstoće horizontalnog spremnika za skladištenje naftnih derivata. Takvi spremnici se izrađuju po točno određenim normama ili malo izmijenjeni po zahtjevima kupaca. Prije samog proračuna čvrstoće spremnika opisane su norme spremnika, dani su izrazi za proračun svakog dijela spremnika te su opisane metode numeričke analize. U diplomskom radu opisane su metode koje će se koristit za dobivanje rješenja metodom konačnih elemenata. Za numeričku analizu korišteni su ljuskasti (shell) elementi i 3D konačni elementi. Nakon dobivenih rezultata cijelog spremnika u ljuskastim elementima i 3D konačnim elementima provedeno je i podmodeliranje kako bi dobili točnije rezultate na kritičnim mjestima spremnika. U konačnici je provedena analiza rezultata, gdje su uspoređeni rezultati dobiveni analitički s rezultatima dobiveni numerički, te usporedba rezultata dobivenih različitim numeričkim metodama.
Abstract (english)
This thesis shows strength calculation of horizontal tank for storaging oil derivates. Those kind of tanks are made at exact standards or slitghly alltered by customers demands. Before the strength calculations of tanks, the tank standards are described, phrases for calculation of every part of tank have been given, and numerical analysis are described. In the thesis, we have also described the methods which will be used in giving solutions by finite element method. Shell elements and 3D final elements have been used for numerical analysis. After getting the results of full tank in shell elements and 3D final elements, we have used the technique of submodelling to achieve more accurate results in critical points of the tank. In the final aspect, we have conducted result analysis, where we confirmed the results given through analytical, with the results given through numerical methods.
