Abstract
U radu je prikazana računalna simulacija injekcijskog prešanja za odabrani model. Model je modeliran prema temeljnim pravilima za tehnologijsko oblikovanje otpreska. Nakon što je model modeliran pomoću programskog paketa AutodeskMoldflowAdviser 2015. provodi se simulacija. Simulacija je provedena sa dva različita polimerna materijala. Korišteni polimerni materijali su amorfni i kristalasti plastomer. Prije injekcijskog prešanja potrebno je odabrati optimalne parametre za injekcijsko prešanje koji su temperatura kalupa, temperatura taljevine i vrijeme ubrizgavanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents a computer simulation of the injection molding for the selected model. This model was created according to basic rules for technological design of the part. Once the model is complete, simulation is preformed using the software package Autodesk MoldflowAdviser 2015. The simulation was performed with two different polymeric materials. The used polymeric materials are amorphous and crystalline thermoplastic. . Before the injection molding it is necessary to select the optimum parameters for injection molding and they are mold temperature, melt temperature and injection time.
